Zoe Oro-Hahn is the program assistant for Religion and Theology. Prior to joining the LucFoundation, they worked in nonprofit events and membership services, helping organize major conferences and fundraising galas. While working with small nonprofit organizations, she developed a hands-on project management style, focused on rebuilding overworked systems. Zoe received her BA in religious studies from Bard College and completed her MA in Latin American studies from the City University of New York Graduate Center. Her research focuses on sacred and profane spaces, trickster archetypes, public religion, and spiritual, mental, and physical dirt. Zoe’s work reflects their history as a biracial first-generation Cuban American, second-generation Korean American, born and raised New Yorker, preacher’s kid, and lifelong learner and scholar.
