Description

AISES seeks additional support to continue their Rematriation: Indigenous Womxn in STEM Leadership program which supports Indigenous women scientists and industry professionals across STEM industries. Funding would allow AISES to maintain and strengthen its online community building which focuses on professional development trainings, workshops, and webinars, centered on career advancements, leadership skills, and work-life balance. Additionally, recognizing the importance of systemic change, AISES will continue to work with employers to create more inclusive STEM workplaces. This includes developing comprehensive resources for establishing and strengthening Indigenous Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and advancing our employer training materials. AISES will continue training sessions with select employer partners to refine our approach.
