Description
Halcyon seeks continued support for its coming Future Builder’s cohort which will bring together eight Black and Latina Founders, seven of which are pursuing STEM-related ventures. The continuation of this program is a critical opportunity for talented Black and Latinx women and non-binary founders who have been too often shut out of rooms, resources, and crucial capital networks.  Halcyon is continuing to address inequities in access to entrepreneurial support and capital by implementing another intensive fellowship to reach more social entrepreneurs in this demographic. Future Builders programming will focus on capacity building through mechanisms including skills training, access to advisors, and pro bono partners with relevant subject matter expertise. The program will also provide capacity building around investment readiness through skill series, investor mixers, capital allocator introductions, and access to the Halcyon Angel network.
