Sarah E. Baker is an accomplished legal executive and strategic leader with broad experience across federal government, the White House, the nonprofit sector, and private practice. She has held senior leadership roles in public service, founded and led an innovative legal technology nonprofit, and practiced at a global law firm—bringing deep expertise in law, policy, and organizational leadership with her. Sarah earned her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she served as Student Bar Association President, and her B.A. with highest honors in history from Rutgers College.
