Description
Donors of Color Network is a cross-racial community of donors working to advance racial, economic, gender, and social justice, through multiracial solidarity and more inclusive philanthropic giving. Conceived in partnership with the Fetzer Institute’s Ally Development Program, this Luce Foundation grant to support the network extends from the Religion and Theology Program’s commitment to deepening the webs of relationship among those working together at the intersections of faith and philanthropy in pursuit of a more democratic and just world, including support for efforts to develop and grow new communities of philanthropic practice. With support from Fetzer and Luce, the Donors of Color Network will further its engagement with faith communities and extend its connections to faith-inspired donors, through a series of events, targeted recruitment efforts, and the exploration of future philanthropic collaborations.
